Do these dogs know how to have fun?

This is Kyra wearing her Dog Scouts of America bandana. Kyra is owned by Judy Huston. This dog has earned many titles in doggy sports. Below are some pictures of Kyra and her friends at camp.

Max has his own technique for water retrieval. He has one dummy in the water and another one to row the boat. That's Dinah in the water retrieving her dummy.

Kyra learns to take a life preserver to someone who might be in trouble.

Dinah jumps off a very high dock to retrieve her dummy. You see her bringing it back in the photo above.

Max is owned by Mark and Maralynn Echterling.

Dinah is owned by Jacki Wheeler-Stroud.

Max exhibits his artistic abilities and his sense of balance. There are so many fun things to do at camp, it's hard to decide what to do next.

We think Max is a pretty special dog. Mark and Maralynn rescued Max in November 1999 from a situation of neglect. He's now UKC CH Royal Echos Maximum TDI, DSA, CGC, and has only 11 miles to go for his Pack Dog (PD) title. The three pictures above represent three of the four merit badges that Max earned while at camp; Obstacle Course 1, Backpacking, and The Art of Shaping. He also received his merit badge for Therapy Dogs International.
